WHAT TO EXPECT: LA I am so excited to spoil you with THREE Pop Up Beginner Heels Classes to end 2024 off strong! These classes are the perfect introduction to me & my baby Sensual Heeling, before registering for my upcoming 6 Week Beginner Heels Workshops in 2025!

This Beginner Heels Class is all about POURING into YOU… a night dedicated to giving yourself all the self love and self care that you more than deserve. I want you to feel supported & encouraged to explore your sensuality all while being provided with personalized feedback that will strengthen your heels technique, your lines, and your overall confidence in a heel. You will be guided towards embodying exactly what you want to keep and encouraged to release what is holding you back. Sensual Heeling is a welcoming and supportive dance environment that embodies everything that is YOU!

• Firstly come dressed in an outfit that makes YOU feel Sensual… whatever that looks & feels like for you.

• This 1.5hr Beginner Heels Class will begin with a 15 min Warm Up & Conditioning 

• Followed by 1hr of Sensual Choreography 

• Ending the workshop with 15 min of groups & filming to celebrate YOU and your femininity

• My ultimate goal is for you to feel supported and encouraged to EMBODY everything that is SENSUALLY YOU, and leave the heels class feeling more aligned with your mind, body and soul.
