WHAT TO EXPECT: Sensual Heeling’s 6Wk Beginner Heels Workshop will provide you with intimate one on one training with me, where I will pour into you weekly by developing your heels technique, enhancing your quality of movement in a heel, and empowering you to embody & perform your Heels Routine on camera on Week 6 with confidence & ease.

2hrs Warm up, heels drills & technique and across the floors

Warm up, heels drills & technique and across the floors

Warm up, followed by learning a Sensual Routine and professionally filming it on Week 6
✔️WEEK 4
Warm up, followed by continuing to learn Sensual Routine choreography that will be professionally filmed on Week 6
✔️WEEK 5
Warm up, followed by reviewing & cleaning Sensual Routine, to prepare you to be captured on film on Week 6

Group Reflection, followed by warm up, followed by reviewing Sensual Routine, followed by professionally capturing you on film performing the Sensual Routine

✔️ You will be added to a Workshop Group Chat to stay connected with me & the other Sensuals throughout your 6Wk journey.
✔️This Group chat will hold you accountable to showing up and showing out each Sunday to ensure you are feeling supported, and encouraged to be the best version of yourself each week.
✔️ If you miss a week, do not stress, each Week’s Choreography will be recorded with a slow breakdown and a breakdown with music so you can confidently learn the choreography & finesse it before the following week
